More than half of Russian citizens believe that Russia is likely to face a second coronavirus wave, the head of VTsIOM Valery Fedorov said at the Territory of Senses forum
“Will we have a second wave or not? ... Most likely, there will be no second wave. Only 30% of respondents think so. The majority, or 58%, think vice versa. Moreover, over the last month, more people, 58%, believe that we will face the second crisis, " he said.
According to the survey, 56% of respondents are to some extent afraid that they or their relatives may become infected with the coronavirus, 12% are sure that illness will bypass them, 13% have not thought about it yet. Also, 52% of citizens are not ready to be vaccinated against coronavirus, 42% are ready, 6% found it difficult to answer.
