Russians may have two foreign-travel passports

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree that allows Russian citizens to have two foreign-travel passports. The validity of the second passport will be equal to the first document.

It is expected that the innovation will make it easier for Russians to visit countries which refuse visa applications if there is a mark about a visit to some country hostile to it in the passport, for example, Iran and Israel.
