In a day, the number of Russians entering Crimea increased by almost 40%.
"Over the last 24 hours, the number of people entering the peninsula has increased significantly, by almost 40%. They mostly come by crossing the Crimean bridge," the chief sanitary officer of Crimea and Sevastopol, Natalya Penkovskaya said at a meeting of the Coronavirus Prevention Operational Headquarters, RIA Novosti informs.
People get to the peninsula mainly via the Crimean bridge in cars. The rail and air traffic is minimal.
