Russians think of the US, Ukraine, and Turkey as enemies, according to a survey conducted by the Russian Levada Analytical Center.
72% of the respondents believe the US is the biggest enemy of Russia. 48% deem Ukraine as enemy, whereas 29% think of Turkey as enemy.
Note that in last year’s survey 37% regarded Ukraine as enemy and only 1% considered Turkey their enemy.
50% of the respondents deem Belarus as friend, 39% believe Kazakhstan is their friend and 34% regards China as friend (43% in 2015).
10% sees Syria as friend (2% in 2015), APA reports.
