Russia’s international reserves up $20 bln in November

Russia’s international reserves amounted to $567.289 bln as of December 1, 2022, which is 3.67% (or $20.095 bln) higher than as of the beginning of November, according to the files released by the Central Bank on Wednesday.

As of December 1, 2021, Russia’s international reserves totaled $622.501 bln.

Russia’s international reserves are highly liquid foreign assets available with the Bank of Russia and the Russian government. They comprise foreign currency, Special Drawing Rights (SDRs), a reserve position in the International Monetary Fund and monetary gold.
