The final agreement between Tehran and the ‘’Group of Six’’ on the Iranian nuclear program is about 90% ready. This was stated by the Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia, Sergey Ryabkov, before heading to Vienna for the final round of the negotiations.
"I think, it is about 90% ready... However, this is true if we are estimating the volume of the text, rather than the significance of the issues," Tass quotes him as saying.
