Azerbaijan`s and Uzbekistan`s state oil firms, SOCAR and Uzbekneftegaz, have agreed to jointly develop oil and gas fields.
The two companies reached agreement as the SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Uzbekneftegaz Alisher Sultanov signed a memorandum of understanding on the sidelines of the 21st Uzbekistan International Oil and Gas Exhibition and Conference in Tashkent, AzerTAc reported.
