SOCAR will be able to keep for itself no more than 41% of the shares after all potential buyers (Fluxys, ENAGAS, Snam) for a 17% stake, set for sale by SOCAR under the European Commission’s pressure, declined from the deal, APA reports.
"SOCAR is considering a possibility of selling a 25% stake in DESFA. In this case, the stakes of SOCAR and the Greek government will be 41% and 34% respectively," abc.az cited the Greek media as saying.
