The 21st St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) confirmed once again its status as one of the largest and most authoritative discussion platforms in the world, setting the records for the number of participants, the geography of the countries that were represented, and the number of concluded deals, presidential adviser Anton Kobyakov said at the final press conference.
According to him, more than 14 thousand participants gathered at SPIEF-17.
"The number of agreements signed at the forum has been increasing from year to year." As of June 8, investment agreements and memoranda were signed in the amount of 386 for a total of about 2 trillion rubles, " TASS quotes Kobyakov as saying.
