Governor of the Odessa region Mikheil Saakashvili believes that he cannot become Prime Minister of Ukraine.
Explaining his reluctance he said that he is an honest person who has all the required qualities and understanding of the financial system, but he is completely free of oligarchical interests. Moreover, there are specialists in Ukraine who know much more about these problems.
At the same time, Saakashvili said that the Ukrainian authorities are completely paralyzed and "a full restart of the Ukrainian government is needed at all levels," Tass reports.
