“This is a great victory. I did not dream about the Soviet- style victory with about 70-80 percent. This is a very serious victory. In any European country they consider that such a second round and such a voter turnout is a democracy, the sign that the society is mature and ready for the democracy," Zurabishvili said.
To the question whether she has received congratulations from Grigol Vashadze or not, the president-elect replied that “not yet”.
“Unfortunately, I have not. I am waiting for," said Zurabishvili.
