The audit that was promised to be conducted by the Electricity Networks of Armenia (ENA) almost a month ago has not yet been organized, but the government has decided the fate of the ENA, even without the results of an audit.
Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan informed during a meeting with representatives of his inner circle that the proprietor of the ENA will be changed by October, and Russian-based businessman Samvel Karapetyan will acquire it.
Abrahamyan assured that agreement has been reached with the Russian authorities at the highest level, NEWS.am reports.
