According to the Wall Street Journal, citing its own sources, Riyadh is holding tripartite consultations with Israel and the United States on establishing diplomatic relations with the Israeli side.
The main condition is assistance in the development of its nuclear energy program, which includes the transfer of uranium enrichment technology to Saudi Arabia, as well as the US guarantees of security and defense assistance.
The normalization of relations between the two countries has become especially relevant for Washington and the Israeli Cabinet after a sharp escalation of confrontation with Iran over the implementation of its nuclear program.
