Savchenko favors phasing out economic sanctions against Russia

A member of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE, Nadiya Savchenko, stated in favor of phasing out the EU sanctions against Russia.
 
Savchenko believes that the EU sanctions against Russia should be "more personal" and refer to specific individuals, while the economic sanctions should "phased out and cancelled over time".
 
"I do not think we have to slide into a third world war," APA cited Savchenko as saying.
 
She stressed that Europe should be in a civilized talk with Russia in the language of economics and politics.
