Armenian-occupied Nagorno-Karabakh and the surrounding areas should be returned to Azerbaijan, US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Robert Sekuta said, commenting on the statement by Congressman Adam Schiff that the failure of the PACE report "The increase of violence in Nagorno-Karabakh and other occupied territories of Azerbaijan" was the result of action taken by US assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland.
