Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed the chief of Russia’s nuclear power corporation Rosatom, Sergey Kiriyenko, the first deputy chief of the presidential staff, the Kremlin’s press service said, adding that the decree is effective as of the moment of signing.
The position of the first deputy chief of the Kremlin staff has been vacant since Vyacheslav Volodin was relieved of his duties following election to the State Duma, TASS reports.
