The Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia to the North Caucasus Federal District, Sergey Melikov, held a meeting of the Organizing Committee on preparations for the Mashuk North Caucasus Youth Forum.
"This year we rhythmically and harmoniously conducted the organizational period, even though there were some rough spots, it was quite effective," the message of presidential envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District said.
According to the resolution, the number of allocated grants will be reduced (105 individuals and 20 artificial entities),it will increase its average amount and will allow the use of grant funds to be controlled better.
The envoy noted that it is expected that the forum will be actively attended by the heads of state authorities, representatives of the business community, the scientific and cultural elite.
The Director of the Forum, Georgy Golovin, spoke about the results of the preliminary grounds in the regions of the county, and also mentioned the high activity of potential participants.
The Deputy Director of the Forum, Oleg Lyashko, presented a program of Mashuk activities, which was developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Rosmolodezh. The program, which includes educational, cultural and leisure areas, was approved by the participants.
