Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District Sergei Melikov has urged the universities of the North Caucasus to introduce additional anti-terrorism discipline, without waiting for orders from the higher-level authorities.
"We need to pay attention to the possibility of a global network and the best practices of social psychology. It is necessary to extend the contact area for children who represent different cultures," Melikov said at the Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University, where the meeting of the Council of Rectors of Universities of the North Caucasus Federal District took place.
