Today Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and his spouse, Rita Sargsyan, voted in the referendum on amendments to the constitution.
After voting, the president refused to answer questions. "I will answer all the questions at the end of the day, after the referendum," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
