After the New Year holidays, it may take a week to adapt to the usual working regime, Maria Klimakova, a lecturer at the Department of Developmental Psychology named after Professor Obukhova of the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education warns.
"Adaptation to work after the holidays usually takes from several days to a week. But if this process takes much longer, this is a reason to think if there are any problems at work that need to be paid attention to," the specialist clarifies.
