The mayor of Ingush Magas, Beslan Tsechoyev, has revised capital construction plans, and instead of a city dolphinarium, a shelter for homeless animals will be built on the allocated territory.
"In Magas, there was a place reserved for the construction of the dolphinarium in the general plan. Public hearings are being held to build a shelter for animals instead of the dolphinarium, the creation of which is opposed by the mayor of the Ingush capital, Beslan Tsechoyev,” TASS reports.
