Siluanov: Perhaps we may have to use the Reserve Fund

The head of the Ministry of Finance, Anton Siluanov, does not exclude the possibility that the authorities will have to use the Reserve Fund if oil prices remain at the level of 30 dollars per barrel.

"Of course, we are not magicians. Certainly, if the price will remain at the level of 30 dollars, we may have to use the reserves," Interfax quotes him as saying.
