Inflation in Russia is under control and it is expected to decrease during the first half of the year, Finance Minister Anton Silyuanov said.
"Inflation is under control, inflation is going down, and it will definitely continue declining in the first half of the year," he said.
The minister sees no grounds for unplanned decisions, such as one-off social payments, as were made in previous years, now.
