Six of the seven people detained earlier during the riots in Batumi will be imprisoned in Batumi. The relevant decision was adopted by the Batumi City Court, specifying that another detainee will be released on bail in the amount of 3 thousand lari (more than $ 1,2 thousand).
The materials published on the court's website note, that they are all accused of committing several criminal offenses - participation in group violent actions, assault on police, police building, vehicles and police encroachment. In case of confirmation of guilt, they face up to 11 years of imprisonment.
