A former employee of the US National Security Agency, who divulged information about the surveillance of US intelligence on citizens of both their country and many others, Edward Snowden, is ready to return to his homeland, but only if a fair trial awaits him there.
"I told the government that I would return if they guaranteed a fair trial where I can protect the interests of society," gazeta.ru quotes him as saying.
