Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin wrote on his Telegram channel that city residents need to be more careful due to the impending bad weather.
The mayor warned that on March 26-29, the weather in the capital will deteriorate significantly. Rain, snow and strong winds are expected in Moscow these days.
"Take care of yourself, be careful," Sobyanin wrote.
