In Sochi, due to bad weather, city beaches were closed for swimming, the administration of the resort reports.
"Residents and guests of the resort are advised to take all necessary precautions, and temporarily refuse to rest near the water. The city's beaches are closed for swimming," TASS cites the administration’s statement.
Storm warning in the city is valid until the end of today. Rains with thunderstorms are expected in the city, as well as reservoirs water levels increase to unfavourable levels. Wind gusts will exceed 20 meters per second, and tornadoes are possible.
