Next Monday, July 15, the annual gastronomic festival will take place in the mountains of Sochi, which will bring together not only lovers of Caucasian cuisine, but also chefs of the best restaurants in the south of Russia.
Already this Monday, July 15, a real holiday for gourmets will start at the Rosa Khutor resort in the mountains of Sochi, the annual gastronomic festival, the press service of the city mayor's office reports.
For three weeks, from July 15 to August 4, all kinds of delicacies of a southern and Caucasian cuisine will be available for visitors. The dishes will be prepared and presented to the audience by chefs from the 20 best restaurants in the municipality.
The theme of the ”delicious” festival is “Cuisines of the South.” This means that the chefs will cook with local products. The prices for their signature dishes will be stable and adequate: there will be a fixed price for a special menu of four restaurant dishes.
