A bypass road that will connect the north and south of the city, bypassing the center, will be constructed in Stavropol by the end of 2017. The project will cost 4 billion rubles, the Minister of Construction, Transport and Road Management of the Region, Igor Vasiliev said.
"Today we have a bypass to Stavropol from Nevinnomyssk, there is the Demino-Hope bypass and via Severnoye to the Batayskoye direction. Our task today is to connect the northern direction with the approach to Nevinnomyssk, that is, it is the southern bypass," Bloknot Stavropol quotes him as saying.
