The special aircraft of the Russian EMERCOM with 30 specialists flew to Armenia to provide assistance in solving humanitarian issues, the Russian ministry informed.
"A task force of specialists from the central office will assess the situation on the spot and coordinate further actions to provide the necessary assistance to the civilian population. 30 specialists departed to the region,” RIA Novosti quotes the head of the Russian EMERCOM, Yevgeny Zinichev.
