Over the last few days, the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) has sold 300 million dollars to the banks of the country at special auctions.
It is reported that the Central Bank of Azerbaijan arranges special auctions three times a week: on Monday, on Wednesday and on Friday. Sale of foreign currency to banks is held as a part of SOFAZ transfers to the state budget of the country, Trend reports.
