State of emergency in Sevastopol will be lifted only after summing up the results of energy consumption, in other words, not earlier than May 15th, the Governor Sergey Menyailo stated.
"We have a common power system with Crimea. Currently it will be necessary to reduce the debit of all the electricity that we receive. I think the decision will be made after May 15th," he said, TASS reports.
