The authorities of the Stavropol region are planning to update the regional overhaul program of cultural facilities in the next year, which will allow the overhauling of at least one major facility annually.
The impetus for such a decision was a trip of the governor of the region, Vladimir Vladimirov, to the Kirovskiy district, during which he checked the state of social facilities and the implementation of programs for their improvement, noting the poor condition of the House of Culture facade, built 33 years ago, Kavkaz Segodnya reports.
