Stavropol to host first festival of homeless animals

On August 20, Kislovodsk will host the first festival of homeless animals ”What if a friend is here”, the head of the resort Yevgeny Moiseev said.

The central event will be an exhibition and distribution of dogs that are currently in a temporary detention center.

Moiseev stressed that all animals will be healthy, vaccinated and socialized. People will be able to pick them up for free after concluding an agreement with a volunteer organization.
