According to the Moscow Dorogomilovsky Court, Muslim Dzhambekov, accused of a fatal accident on the Mozhaisk highway, was arrested until May 25.
As Interfax reports, Dzhambekov was accused of violating the traffic rules, resulting in the death of two persons by negligence (part 5 of Article 264).
This Monday, Dzhambekov on the Mercedes car crashed in the Niva. The woman inside the Niva car died at the scene, the driver and his daughter were hospitalized, but later the girl died in hospital.
