A man who may be involved in Daesh, a terrorist organization banned in Russia, has been arrested in in the Turkish province of Kahramanmaras. In addition, law enforcement officers believe that the arrested man was planning a terrorist attack on the US consulate in Istanbul, Turkish media reports.
