Syria considers actions of the U.S.-led coalition during the liberation of Raqqa city as genocide.
"The world witnessed the complete systematic destruction of Raqqa by the international coalition forces and saw the bodies of innocent citizens on the city streets, the removal of the rest of the population, which was left homeless," the official representative of the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said.
The ministry also noted that the coalition forces are being used to aggravate and delay the conflict, Gazeta.ru reports with reference to SANA.
