Even the introduction of electronic registration system in Armenia won't prevent cases of double voting during elections, the representative of the Anticorruption International Center of Transparency Heriknaz Tigranian said during debates on the topic "Draft Electoral Code of Armenia: the controversial provisions."
According to her, the problem of the system is the absence of its single server, NEWS.am cites her as saying.
