Uzbekistan and the European Union are planning to establish a council for foreign investment and trade in the first half of the year, Ambassador-Head of the EU Delegation to the Republic Yuri Stärk said.
"It was discussed several times at the ministerial levels, and I am sure that we will finally solve the problem in the first half of the year," RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
