Iranian Information and Communications Technology Minister Mohammad Javad Azari Jahromi, commenting on the latest sanctions, urged U.S. President Donald Trump to stop imitating Thanos, referring to the intergalactic Marvel supervillain.
He posted a picture of stars in space on Twitter, writing: "I can't even locate the U.S. in this picture, let alone sanctions on Space!"
"The universe and bright future belong to everyone, not to a few! Stop imitating Thanos, Donald Trump!" he added.
