The head of Federal Financial Monitoring Service Yury Chikhanchin has reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the suppression of terrorists in France who were Caucasians.
"International terrorist centers are developed abroad. In particular, we are working closely with the French now. One of the cells was arrested in France. It was organized by our people from the Caucasus. They had contacts with more than 1,000 people from Russia and sent the money in this direction. Unfortunately, some of them joined Daesh,'' RBC cites him as saying.
