Daesh militants in Syria and Iraq have occupied territories and created a special 'ministry' of oil and 'military trophies'. US special forces found the corresponding documents in Syria.
According to the representative of the United States Brett McGurk, an extensive system of 'ministries' shows a fairly high level of bureaucratization of the terrorist organization due which Daesh manages and controls the occupied territories.
According to Reuters, there is a department that is responsible for slaves among other structures of 'the Ministry'. In addition, there is a 'department' that manages natural resources and oil, RIA Novosti reports.
