The famous poem by Shota Rustaveli ‘The Knight in the Panther's Skin’ has been translated into Bulgarian. The initiative to publish the Bulgarian edition belongs to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Bulgaria, Zurab Beridze, with the Georgian diaspora in Bulgaria providing support, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia reports.
The book is dedicated to the 850th anniversary of the birth of Shota Rustaveli. The publication was presented to the president, prime minister and members of the Bulgarian government and the State University, other educational institutions and libraries, Georgia Online reports.
