Preparation of volunteers in connection with the announcment of Ganja as European Youth Capital of 2016 is beginning in Azerbaijan.
"In the city of Ganja, which was announced as European Capital of Youth in 2016, a number of projects will be implemented," the head of Ganja City's Main Department of Youth and Sports Mushfig Jafarov said.
According to him, an Academy of Volunteers, created to implement these projects, brings together about 200 young people from Baku, Ganja and other cities of the republic.
