Three Turkish soldiers were killed in the clashes with the PKK militants in the Hakkari province neighboring Iraq, the country's General Staff said.
One soldier was also wounded in the attack in the Hakkari province where the terrorists launched a rocket from a mountainous area on the Iraqi side of the border, said the sources who spoke on condition of anonymity due to restrictions on speaking to the media.
A special operation to eliminate terrorists was launched in the province, Anadolu Agency reported.
