Kazakh president Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held a meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif in Nur-Sultan.
Zarif arrived in Kazakhstan on Monday to take part in the Astana Club 2019 at the official invitation of the Central Asian country’s officials.
Following his meetings and consultations with Kazakh Officials, the top Iranian diplomat held talks with Tokayev on the various aspects of bilateral relations and regional developments.
Tokayev, in turn, invited Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to visit Nur-Sultan anytime, Sputnik Kazakhstan reported.
