The Ministry of the North Caucasus has almost prepared a draft law on the introduction of a resort fee of 150 rubles in Stavropol Territory.
"According to the document, this procedure will be established by the executive power of the region. Its size should not exceed 150 rubles per day," the Minister for Development of the North Caucasus, Lev Kuznetsov, said.
The resort fee must be paid by all visitors to hotels, resorts and camp sites, except for minors, persons with disabilities, veterans, Heroes of the USSR, Heroes of the Russian Federation, Heroes of Socialist Labour, Chernobyl veterans.
According to the government, in the period from 2017 to 2021 it will attract of 2-6 billion rubles to the budget, RBC reports.
