Transneft is to allocate about 5.7 billion rubles for the construction of one of the geoportal berths in Novorossiysk – the West berth, the first deputy head of the Russian Defense Ministry Ruslan Tsalikov reported to President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
According to him, this would be done to fulfill the President's order and attract extra-budgetary sources of funding for completion of the multi-year long-term construction at the site.
