U.S. President Donald Trump said the European Union is worse to the United States on trade than China.
Speaking at the Turning Point USA Teen Student Action Summit in Washington, Trump said that other countries have been ripping the U.S. off so badly, "and some of the worst offenders are our so-called allies," which rip the U.S. off on trade.
"European Union is worse to us on trade than China, okay? Nobody would think that," he stressed.
The U.S. leader noted that the EU rip the U.S. on trade. "We protect them and they rip us on that too," Trump stressed.
