Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who has received the death sentence for organizing a terrorist attack during the Boston Marathon, may be accused of another criminal case. The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office of the US believes he is guilty of the murder of police officer Sean Collier, who was trying to catch the Tsarnaev brothers after the terrorist attack.
Tsarnaev is currently being kept in prison of special regime Supermax in Colorado, but District Attorney Marian Ryan is going to return him to Massachusetts for investigation. Right now she is working on a request to the federal government.
"If someone in Middlesex kills a police officer and attacks other law enforcement officers, he must be brought before the district court to answer for his crime," RIA Novosti quotes Ryan as saying.
